Spicy Ginger Molasses Cookies

Cream together:
1 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 cup of molasses
Mix in 1 egg

In separate bowl combine:
2 cups flour
2 tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn salt
2 tspn cinnamon
3 tspn ground ginger

Combine then chill dough for half hour

Roll into balls and then roll in white sugar

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 12 minutes or until they have spread out and have a cracked textureimage
